CU Locate Helps Us Connect in Disaster Situations

In a natural disaster, you'll want to know how you can get some money, whether the credit union is operating, and where. Members seeking information about FSU Credit Union or other credit unions affected by a natural disaster or crisis now can call a toll-free number from anywhere in the country for information about the status of a credit union that may be affected. The number is part of the Credit Union National Emergency Information System program. If a disaster strikes, call 877-CULOCATE (877-285-6228). Once connected, you'll hear a message prompting a selection for a specific state. Once you select a state, you'll be asked to enter the credit union's name. Then the system will provide your credit union's crisis message, including details about how to contact the credit union. Please be considerate of this resource and use it only in case of disaster or other emergency.
